Vista 24 is a 25 storey development in Croydon with a total build cost of £32 million, that will provide 199 residential units with flexible commercial space at ground floor, disabled parking spaces, cycle parking and associated amenity space as well as hard and soft landscaped spaces for residents to enjoy. The development is split over 2 connected blocks of 9 and 25 stories that are set to dominate the Croydon skyline.

Ashstone MEP Ltd are fully designing all the MEP services for the development which will have its heating provided by air source heat pumps located in a roof top plant space, and gas boilers located at ground floor. To facilitate this design we will be undertaking detailed thermal modelling and overheating analysis using the industry standard software IES VE.

We also undertook services planning advice on the project at pre-planning stage to ensure a smoother detailed design process for the whole design team and our client.
