This high-rise scheme comprises of 159 apartments split across 5 block, 4 of which are linked via podium garden which  sits above a car park. Ashstone MEP's design is being completed in Revit 2020 inline with an extremely detailed BIM execution plan from RMA Architects. All services are being modelled in 3D and clash detection undertaken to provide a fully co-ordinated design.

Ashstone MEP are responsible for every aspect of MEP design from applications to utility providers to final electrical and plumbing positions within apartments.

This scheme is Ashstone MEP's first all electric heating development, working with the energy assessor to minimise the developments on site carbon emissions.
