This development consists of 258 apartments spread over 10 low rise blocks. 5 of these blocks are connected with a podium garden and covered car park.

Ashstone MEP have been appointed to undertake full MEP services design for the site incorporating buried utility and private services, communal and landlord services, and fully co-ordinated apartment design, using individual gas fired boilers. Ashstone MEP will also be closely co-ordinating with the commercial sprinkler specialist to provide coverage to all covered car parks.
