Located in the Barking Riverside re-generation this residential project consists of 107 apartments in a part 4, part 5 storey development. The apartments will be a split of open market sale and London Living Rent (LLR) tenures with a podium garden situated over a covered car park.

Ashstone MEP are providing the full mechanical, electrical and public health design for the development utilising individual gas boilers for each apartment and Mechanical Vent Heat Recovery units. The development will also include a large electric vehicle charging system and detailed co-ordination with sprinkler specialists to deliver a compliant car park for end users.
