Regents Gate

Ashstone MEP were appointed to deliver MEP services and energy design for Regent’s Gate, a bespoke residential development in Virginia Water, Surrey, being delivered by Bellway Homes. This scheme represents Ashstone MEP’s first project for Bellway South London.

The scope of services included the coordinated design of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, developed to support regulatory compliance, buildability, and residential comfort. Ashstone MEP undertook overheating analysis and worked in close coordination with a third-party SAP assessor and ventilation manufacturer to ensure proposed systems and products achieved Part O compliance. The design also included coordination of photovoltaic (PV) panels to integrate with the overall energy strategy and architectural intent.

Designs were progressed in close collaboration with the wider project team to ensure fully integrated building services solutions aligned with the development’s sustainability objectives.

This project reflects Ashstone MEP’s experience in delivering coordinated, compliant, and energy-led MEP design solutions for high-quality residential developments and marks the start of Ashstone MEP’s relationship with Bellway South London.
