Ashstone MEP were appointed to deliver MEP services design for the Pentagon Healthy Living Centre, working with Bauvill on the project delivery.

The scope of services included the review, coordination, and development of the existing Stage 3 MEP design prepared by others, with the design fully developed and coordinated within a 3D Revit model. Ashstone MEP provided ongoing on-site design review and technical monitoring, progressing the design through construction and supporting the project through to completion and handover.

The design required careful coordination with existing MEP services that were retained, alongside the development of drainage solutions within an existing building where new below-ground connections were not possible. Designs were developed to accommodate these constraints while maintaining full operation of the occupied commercial retail unit located beneath the facility.

This project demonstrates Ashstone MEP’s ability to deliver coordinated, model-led MEP designs within complex refurbishment environments, balancing technical constraints with continuity of building operation
