Hartland Village

Hartland Village, an expansive residential development nestled adjacent to Hampshire's Hartland County Park, stands as a noteworthy project on the horizon.

This extensive site encompasses a diverse range of housing, offering 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom houses, along with 5 apartment blocks, commercial spaces, and a central community building. In total, it constitutes a massive undertaking, with 331 high-spec dwellings currently in progress.

At Ashstone MEP Ltd, we have assumed the responsibility of fully designing the MEP services for all residential areas within this development, including the pivotal community building. Our approach involves implementing individual air source heat pumps for heating and hot water in houses, while apartments are equipped with internal exhaust air heat pumps for hot water and electric heating.

In addition to these responsibilities, we have also been entrusted with the task of conducting SAP, SBEM, and Part O overheating calculations for Phase 3 of the development. This comprehensive approach ensures that every aspect of the project aligns seamlessly with the design team. All our services have been meticulously crafted using Revit, highlighting our commitment to coordination and precision.
