Eastside Quarter


Located at the former Bexleyheath Civic Centre site in the heart of Bexleyheath Town Centre, this residential development is a prominent addition to the urban landscape. It boasts a total of 518 residential units, accompanied by 3,000 square meters of commercial space, a residents' gym, and a round-the-clock concierge service. The development's appeal is further enhanced by a beautifully landscaped boulevard and podium gardens, positioned atop a two-story car park equipped with 84 electric vehicle charging points. 


This development significantly contributes to the local community by providing a wealth of new dwellings and amenities, with many units offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

Ashstone MEP Ltd played a pivotal role in this endeavour, as we were entrusted with the comprehensive design of MEP services across the entire development.


This encompassed the creation of the central energy centre, equipped with five boilers and a CHP unit, as well as careful coordination of the two-story car park area. Additionally, we meticulously designed the distribution of services throughout the development, ensuring that common areas such as the gym and landscaped terraces were fully serviced.


To achieve a high level of coordination and precision, all of our services were meticulously designed within Autodesk Revit, resulting in a highly coordinated 3D model of the entire scheme. This collaborative effort was achieved alongside other members of the design team, underscoring our commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of this remarkable project.
