Bellway has revealed a recently completed show apartment at its Ebbsfleet Cross at Garden City development, with a notable one-third of the homes already sold. The ongoing construction project involves the creation of 232 new homes on the former Croxton and Garry Quarry, located off Tiltman Avenue in Swanscombe.During a well-attended launch event held at the development's Felter show house and sales office garden, the new Kentwell 22 show apartment provided guests with a glimpse of the evolving community at Ebbsfleet Cross at Garden City.

As part of a broader contribution to the community, Bellway Thames Gateway made a payment of £584,477.70 in Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) to Ebbsfleet Development Corporation in July. This installment marks the third of such payments, with the total CIL contributions for the development expected to reach £2,337,910.79.Ebbsfleet Cross at Garden City is set to include 162 new homes for private sale and 70 affordable properties, available to local residents through low-cost rent or shared ownership. The development will offer a mix of 148 one and two-bedroom apartments and 84 two, three, and four-bedroom houses.

Bellway's involvement in the broader Ebbsfleet Garden City regeneration scheme extends to their building programs at Ebbsfleet Cross at Garden City, Harbour Village in Northfleet, and Crossways Quarter in nearby Greenhithe. In the residential scheme at Kings Langley, known as Millworks, 65 private apartments featuring 1 and 2-bedroom units are being developed at the old millworks site.Ashstone MEP Ltd has been appointed to design the essential buried services, encompassing external lighting, water, LV, and fiber services distribution. Additionally, they will undertake the full MEP services design for all communal areas within the building.
