The entire development boasts a cutting-edge site-wide heating network, designed to cater to the comfort and well-being of all residential units within the complex.

The Church Site, within this ambitious endeavor, stands out for its impressive diversity of apartment layouts. Ranging from cozy 1-bedroom units to spacious 2 and 3-bedroom homes, totaling 71 dwellings, this variety not only adds charm to the community but also reflects a commitment to meeting the unique housing needs of the modern urban dweller.

Entrusted with a critical responsibility, Ashstone MEP Ltd played a crucial role in providing a comprehensive MEP services design for The Church Site. Our expertise was instrumental in harmonizing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components, ensuring seamless integration with the overall architectural and structural aspects. Additionally, our role extended to ensuring a smooth collaboration with the appointed sprinkler contractor.
