Caspian H East

Ashstone MEP Ltd served as the M&E consultants for the Caspian Site H East project, commissioned by Bellway Homes Limited in collaboration with London Partnerships. The architectural design was led by StockWool, while OCSC took charge of structural and civil engineering aspects.

Situated in the Barking Riverside regeneration area, this residential project encompasses 107 apartments within a mixed four- and five-story development. The apartment units are designated for both open-market sale and London Living Rent (LLR) tenures, featuring a podium garden over a covered car park.

Ashstone MEP played a pivotal role by providing comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and public health design for the development. The design incorporates individual gas boilers for each apartment and Mechanical Vent Heat Recovery units. Notably, the project includes a substantial electric vehicle charging system and meticulous coordination with sprinkler specialists to ensure a compliant car park for end users.
