Our recent endeavour revolved around the extensive renovation of a spacious three-bedroom apartment, meticulously tailored to meet the exacting standards of its discerning homeowner. At Ashstone MEP Ltd, we were privileged to be entrusted with the task of reimagining all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services for this extraordinary project.

​Our comprehensive scope of work encompassed seamlessly integrating the apartment into the building's pre-existing heating system, introducing state-of-the-art underfloor heating to ensure unparalleled comfort, implementing cutting-edge air-conditioning solutions for climate control, designing small power systems to enhance practicality, and crafting impeccable lighting concepts that elevated the living space. All of this was accomplished in close collaboration with the homeowner's interior designer.
