Bellway @ St James’ Park

Ashstone MEP were appointed to deliver heating design and energy compliance services for Parcel G of the Bellway at St James’ Park development in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, for Bellway Homes, utilising Bellway’s standard house types.

The scope of services included heating system design, comprising layout drawings, radiator schedules, and typical installation details to support consistent delivery across the standard house types. In addition, Ashstone MEP undertook a detailed overheating assessment and completed water efficiency calculations to demonstrate compliance with Building Regulations.

Services were delivered in coordination with the wider project team, supporting regulatory approval and efficient implementation across the parcel without forming part of the wider MEP services design.

This project reflects Ashstone MEP’s experience in delivering clear, standardised heating design and focused compliance assessments for large residential developments.
