Ashmere

Ashstone MEP were appointed to deliver MEP services and energy design for Ashmere Parcel 9, forming part of the wider Ashmere development at Ebbsfleet Garden City, being delivered by Vistry.

The development comprises 216 residential plots, split across a major Fastrack public transport link, requiring careful coordination of services infrastructure across the site. The scope of services included the coordinated design of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems. Dwelling heating solutions incorporated Vaillant air source heat pumps for houses and Vaillant heat pump cylinders serving the apartments, supporting a low-carbon heating strategy. Ashstone MEP also developed the external lighting design for the parcel, covering adopted roads and communal areas.

In support of regulatory compliance, Ashstone MEP undertook SAP calculations and overheating analysis in accordance with Part O.

This project reflects Ashstone MEP’s experience in delivering coordinated MEP and energy design solutions for large residential developments within complex infrastructure and regeneration environments.
